1. In the selection called "Peer Pressure" George states that "friends have more influence on one another's lives than almost anyone else does, especially in those teenage years when kids are trying to discover who they really are. So hooking up with the wrong crowd can really get you down."Do you agree with his comments? Why or why not? Have you seen other people try to pressure their friends to do things? (Good or bad) Have you felt pressure to behave in certain ways because of your friends? Yes, i think that your friends have a bigger impact on you than any one else.I believe that no matter who you hang out with they can change they way you act both good and bad. If your freinds want you to drink or smoke or some thing then they have the power to try and force you to, but only you can say no. Also your peers can influence you in a good way to. If all your friends are doing good in school and not acting bad then that will make you want to improve and become a better person. i have seen many people responde badly to peer pressure and have thier friends lead them down the wrong track and in to trouble.
